Ingredient :
5g dried white fungus
50g rice
30g sticky rice
15g crushed sticky corn
3 red date
5g wolfberry
6 longan
Condiment :
40g crystal sugar
1L water

Directions :
1、Soak the white fungus in water , remove root and tear into small pieces ; Rinse the red dates , stones removed , then scissor into strips .

Every time go to South Korean restaurant always given us 2 or 3 small dishes for relishes , such as kimchi , tastily turnips , seaweed strips and so on . Although they are small dishes , but all delicious ! That is why I often ask waiter for have more and more , not as they are all free . This is the cause of the world famous kimchi .
When I was little , I don't like to eat turnips , now I found not turnips isn't good , that because I have never eaten delicious turnips ( Don't let my mother heard this ). Now I am cooking every day for my family , eaten the delicious food always want to learn to do , this turnips , too . The following is the taste of the salty , if you like the taste of sour sweet , please put in right amount of sugar and white vinegar season before you eat . All in all , I hope you like the turnips ...
Ingredient :
500g turnips
1/2 onion
1/2 green onion
10g ginger
25g garlic
Condiment :
3 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp anchovy sauce
4 tbsp paprika
Flavor : salty and crisp , tasty and refreshing
Direction :
1、Rinse turnips , cut it into parks . Put turnips in a big bowl , add salt , marinate for 20 minutes ( There will be some water spill , don't pour out them , use the water salted turnips is more delicious !).
2、Cut onion into sliced , green onion cut into segments , chopped the ginger and garlic . And then put all into the big bowl with turnips .
3、Add anchovy sauce , chicken powder and 3/4 paprika , mix well .
4、Mixing good ingredients transferred to last box , and 1/4 paprika in the turnips top , cover , put in the freezer for 3 days , serve .
