Cabbage pickles with cucumber
Kimchi , a spicy mixture of pickled cabbage , radish and cucumbers . Sometimes , there is no dish to go with rice , just have kimchi is enough ! The kimchi are able to increase appetite and reduce greasy feeling , so many people like to eat it . A lot of vegetables can do kimchi , cabbage , turnip , cucumber , potatoes , bean sprout , hot pepper and so on . Even the fish , shrimp , crab and other seafood , also can make kimchi . Now , I choose the cabbage and cucumber , do the most ordinary kimchi show to you .
Ingredient :
300g cabbage
1 cucumber
15g garlic
5 slices ginger
Condiment :
5 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp white spirit
2 tbsp Korean chili sauce
Flavor : hot , crisp
Directions :
1、Rinse the cabbage and cucumber , cabbage into small pieces with your hands , cucumber cut into thick slices , put all in a bowl , set aside .
2、Add salt , stir evenly , salted for 5 hours .( A heavy pressure on the object is the best . I use a bowl with some water pressured .)
3、Pour out the water in a bowl , rinse the vegetable 2 times , drain .
4、Chopped garlic and ginger , put them in the bowl .
5、Add sugar , white spirit and Korean chili sauce , mix well , then put them into box , keep box in a refrigerator , you'd better try to eat it after 1 day . Because at that time the eaten is the best !

Fried the yellow croaker
I think the best ways to eat small yellow croaker is Fried , good deep-fried , golden brown skin , both crisp and crispy . I like to eat Fried fish of another reason is that I always be bone wounds by other methods of cooking fish . Ho Ho Ho ...
Ingredient :
350g small yellow croaker
Condiment :
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup starch
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp salt
4 cup vegetable oil
Flavor : crispy , fresh
Directions :
1、Rinse and clean yellow croaker , aside for 10 minutes with salt .
2、Batter method : out flour , starch and baking soda in a big bowl , add water , well mixed , made it into thin paste with .
3、Heating wok with low fire , add vegetable oil . Put the fish wrapped in thin paste , then remove into wok when the oil is hot 50% .
4、5 minutes later to flip to the other side , fry until golden brown on both sides , remove and serve hot .

Korean tastily turnips
Every time go to South Korean restaurant always given us 2 or 3 small dishes for relishes , such as kimchi , tastily turnips , seaweed strips and so on . Although they are small dishes , but all delicious ! That is why I often ask waiter for have more and more , not as they are all free . This is the cause of the world famous kimchi .
When I was little , I don't like to eat turnips , now I found not turnips isn't good , that because I have never eaten delicious turnips ( Don't let my mother heard this ). Now I am cooking every day for my family , eaten the delicious food always want to learn to do , this turnips , too . The following is the taste of the salty , if you like the taste of sour sweet , please put in right amount of sugar and white vinegar season before you eat . All in all , I hope you like the turnips ...
Ingredient :
500g turnips
1/2 onion
1/2 green onion
10g ginger
25g garlic
Condiment :
3 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp anchovy sauce
4 tbsp paprika
Flavor : salty and crisp , tasty and refreshing
Direction :
1、Rinse turnips , cut it into parks . Put turnips in a big bowl , add salt , marinate for 20 minutes ( There will be some water spill , don't pour out them , use the water salted turnips is more delicious !).
2、Cut onion into sliced , green onion cut into segments , chopped the ginger and garlic . And then put all into the big bowl with turnips .
3、Add anchovy sauce , chicken powder and 3/4 paprika , mix well .
4、Mixing good ingredients transferred to last box , and 1/4 paprika in the turnips top , cover , put in the freezer for 3 days , serve .

Spicy dried fish
The whitebait , size small and cute . The market is very easy to get it , don't think that only fresh fish that delicious ! Fried whitebait is very savoury and crisp , made your mouth drooling with greed after your saw it . The whitebait is good for the kidney , the spleen and the lung , especially suitable for high blood fat people are eating . Look , your blame eats cannot .
Ingredients :
120g whitebait ( dried fish )
8 pieces dried bean curd
2 red pepper
2 green pepper
2 stalks green onion
15g chopped garlic
Condiment :
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Flavor : piquancy and crisp
Directions :
1、Wash the fish throughly , set aside .
2、Cut dried bean curd into strips , slice the peppers , and cut green onion into small pieces .
3、Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat , fry the fish gentaly until it becomes crispy , remove fish and dump the oil .
4、Heat 3 tbsp oil , stir fry dried bean curd until it becomes brown .
5、Add remaining ingredients and seasonings and stir into mixture . Add the fish , stir until it absorbs the sauce , 5-10 minutes . Serve hot .
