Corn flour and egg tortilla



Every morning I hope to use the shortest time to make breakfast , and be delicious . Or else , the food will remainder a lot . I found if you want to do a successful housewife is not easy , everyone's tasty not same , because after living standards improve everyone's needs are different . Luckily , now nutritionists recommend that we'd better to eat more roughage for keep our healthy , it give the housewives a new choice . Today I will response advocates , do a corn and egg tortilla used to taste .

Ingredient :

80g corn flour
20g flour
6 eggs
3 green onions

Condiment :

1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp pepper
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Flavor : soft and fragrance , palatable

Directions :





























1、Rinse green onions , sliced . Corn flour and flour put into a big bowl .






























2、Add the eggs , green onions , salt and pepper into bowl , stir evenly ( Untill there is no dough ball .)





























3、The low fire heating pan , add 1 tbsp oil , and pour the batter until fill pan .





























4、Cover with lid , deep fried 5 minutes , turn to other side when a batter after form , then cover 2 minutes and remove .

Experience : The young people are eating flour and rice to grow up , so don't like to eat roughage . If we have time , best ourselves cook at home .The corn and egg tortilla is a fine day to day food can often to eat , the taste same as omelet . I like it very much , maybe tomorrow I will try to do the dumplings with corn flour and flour mix together ... Wish me luck !

Bacon tofu roll


Yesterday, the flower opens by the side of the road ; One week ago , the grass grows out in the garden in front of my house ; Two weeks ago , here even had large snowflakes ...This is the April of Northeast China , cold and vibrant with life ! The white tofu , green skin of pumpkin , pink bacon , looks like snow , green grass and flowers . So I will do the dish in April--Bacon tofu roll !

Ingredient :

5 piece of bacons
1 tofu
100g pumpkin

Condiment :

10g pepper
1/2 tbsp salt

Flavor : fresh , salty

Directions :
















1、Rinse pumpkin and cut into long thin pieces . Mix with pepper and salt marinade for half an hour .

















2、Cut tofu into big strips , bacon uniform out into 2 pieces , set aside .
































3、The first , with pumpkin rolled up the tofu .Second , outside on a volume bacon . Note : the end of place bacon had been pinned beneath , that is not easy to loose .
















4、Low flame heating pan , put the bacon tofu roll into pan slowly , at the end of place bacon had been pinned beneath . Turn the bacon tofu roll over to other side when the bacon change to dark brown .When the bacon cooked , remove .
