Blank Sesame Seeds Rice Balls


In the South of China have a kind of traditional snacks , the name is " Nuo mi ci "( “糯米糍”) . It is often made from the glutinous rice , sugar , bean paste or sesame . It is very vast number of fellow old favorite foods . Now , as science advanced , we can buy " Nuo mi ci " in the super market . In fact , we can also do this at home . You want to try ? That will follow me ...


Ingredient :

2 cup glutinous rice flour
1/3 cup black sesame
150g red bean filling


Condiment :

2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup warm water


Flavor : soft , savoury and sweet


Directions :
















1、Add warm water in glutinous rice flour and make a soft dough , set aside .
















2、Turn on the stove , put the black sesame into fry pan , stir-fry with low heat until cooked , removed , when sesame cooling add sugar , then mix well .
















3、Mixed the sesame and sugar , pounding the sesame seeds , then remove them into a bowl ( You can choose the mixer ).
















4、Put the dish evenly with oil , set aside . Put the dough and red bean filling , made with the same size ball .
















5、Take a dough ball , according to the flat , then bag a red bean filling ball into the paste . Put it in the bowl .
















6、Boil the paste in a evaporator for 5 minutes . After cooking uniform paste with sesame seeds , then serve hot .


Annotate :
1、Must be use the warm water make the dough , and the dough to do soft .
2、Use the small fire fried the sesame for prevent paste pot .
3、The best food as soon as possible to eat , prevent harden .

The soup stewed with canned tuna and kimchi


Spring is coming , I found that are the winter preserved a few kimchi in the crock , the weather stares getting warm , kimchi fermentation with a little of the sour taste . How to do ? Ah , I remember mother-in-law told me before , that have a little sour tasty kimchi is the most suitable for made soup to eat . I decided to act at once , in the husband suggestion went down and brought a canned tuna , ready to do " the soup stewed with canned tuna and kimchi "!


Ingredient :

1 canned tuna ( Korean food supermarket have sales )
40g kimchi
1 green pepper
1/4 onion
1 tofu
2 tbsp vegetable oil
600ml water
15g garlic


Flavor : vinegar-pepper , tasty and refreshing


Directions :
















1、Green onion sliced , onion and green pepper cut into strips , kimchi cut into parks , garlic chopped , the tofu cut into small pieces , set aside .
















2、Heat the vegetable oil until to 60% , add the garlic , fry out fragrance . Add kimchi stir-fried evenly .
















3、When the kimchi softening , add water ( If you like to eat hot , and you have a lot of picked kimchi soup , you'd better add kimchi soup ). I add 300ml water and 300ml kimchi soup .

























4、Turn to high heat until boiling , add onion green onion , and canned tuna , mix well , add tofu , stew all 2 minutes , sever hot .( Note :do not froce mix , that will cracking the tuna .)

Braise in soy sauce steaky pork and potatoes


I am a carnivore person , the most like to eat steaky pork ! Others say that eat steaky pork will get fat , but I still like it . My mom do the most delicious braise in soy sauce steaky pork ,but now often eat meat will feel greasy , don't eat and will miss it , what should I do ? I took me a long time to think , and finally found the solution , share with you in here .


Ingredient :

400g steaky pork
300g potatoes


Condiment :

1/2 tbsp salt
1/3 tbsp chicken powder
10g green onion
5g ginger
10g garlic
2g dried chili silk
5 crystal sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
2g pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
600ml water


Flavor : sweet and salty , not greasy


Directions :
















1、Rinse steaky pork and to peel potatoes , cut them into strips . Heat a pot of water boiling , put 3 slices of ginger in water , add steaky pork in boiling water for 10 minutes , then remove and drain . ( The steaky pork cook before for remove the redundant prease , and ginger is to remove smell .)
















2、Put potatoes in steamer , steam for 15-20 minutes , remove . Sliced green onion and garlic , ginger cut into strips , set aside .
















3、Heat wok use low fire , when crystal sugar melt completely , add steaky pork , stir-fried 2 minutes , and then add green onion , ginger4 , garlic and dried chili silk .
















4、Fry green onion , ginger and garlic until fragrance out , add potatoes and stir evenly , add water .
















5、Turn to big fire , add dark soy sauce and cooking wine when the water boiling , mix well , after 5 minutes add pepper , remove .

If your house has other pot , I suggest step 1 and 2 simultaneously . Sauce fried yellow croaker


The fish , nutritious and delicious so my family eat it once a week . April is the season of fresh yellow croaker listed . I bought some because now is the best season to eat yellow croaker . For small yellow croaker we often fried it to eat , today I change cook way , I hope the tasty will good !


Ingredient :

240g small yellow croakers
1 green onion
10g ginger
1 egg
1/2 cup flour


Condiment :

1 tbsp salt
5 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
20ml vegetable oil


Directions :
















1、Rinse fish and clean the visceral , dried . Then add 1/2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp cooking wine soak fish for 15 minutes .
















2、Sauce preparation : cooking wine , sugar , white vinegar , light soy sauce , salt and water in a bowl , mix well .
















3、Drop egg into a bowl , stir and well mixed . Flour put into a dish , sliced green onion . Chopped ginger .
















4、Low fire warm a pan by vegetable oil . Put fish into flour , even with the flour in fish ; Then put the fish all into egg until egg wrapped fish completely .
















5、Put the fish in pan , fried it until golden brown both side , remove , set aside .
















6、Leave a little oil , stir-fry green onion and ginger until fragrant . Add the fried fish , sprinkle the sauce , use medium flame cooking and turn the fish over until sauce all absorbed , remove and serve hot .


Experience : Cooking like this the fish taste is so good , fresh and salty , with a little sweet . The fish skin is very crisp that because fried it with egg and flour .You'd better fried the fish with long time cause for crisp fried the small fish bones , or you will sting with bones .

Mashed purple potato with bread


Breakfast is very important for everyone . Many people not to eat breakfast , because of busy with work , morning no Appetite , or get up late , or for other reasons . Sometimes I will also have the same feeling . But , for health living we must be to develop the good habit of eating breakfast . Here is a kind of bread stuffing introduced for everyone . I hope it can be help the people who like the fast food , I also hope the food's natural color be able to awaken your appetite !


Ingredients :

300g purple potatoes
200ml milk
8 pieces of bread


Flavor : mellow , luscious


Directions :
















1、Rinse purple potatoes , put it in the steamer , steamed . Removed , then peel the purple potatoes when it not too hot .
















2、Use spoon cut the purple potatoes into small pieces , cut with spoon repeatedly until become mud .
















3、Low flame heating milk until boiling , turn off flame , removed , then cooling a moment . Add milk into purple potatoes mud , mix well ( I used to be automatic blender mix , spoon can also , however want much waste more time and effort ).
