Sauce fried yellow croaker


The fish , nutritious and delicious so my family eat it once a week . April is the season of fresh yellow croaker listed . I bought some because now is the best season to eat yellow croaker . For small yellow croaker we often fried it to eat , today I change cook way , I hope the tasty will good !


Ingredient :

240g small yellow croakers
1 green onion
10g ginger
1 egg
1/2 cup flour


Condiment :

1 tbsp salt
5 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
20ml vegetable oil


Directions :
















1、Rinse fish and clean the visceral , dried . Then add 1/2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp cooking wine soak fish for 15 minutes .
















2、Sauce preparation : cooking wine , sugar , white vinegar , light soy sauce , salt and water in a bowl , mix well .
















3、Drop egg into a bowl , stir and well mixed . Flour put into a dish , sliced green onion . Chopped ginger .
















4、Low fire warm a pan by vegetable oil . Put fish into flour , even with the flour in fish ; Then put the fish all into egg until egg wrapped fish completely .
















5、Put the fish in pan , fried it until golden brown both side , remove , set aside .
















6、Leave a little oil , stir-fry green onion and ginger until fragrant . Add the fried fish , sprinkle the sauce , use medium flame cooking and turn the fish over until sauce all absorbed , remove and serve hot .


Experience : Cooking like this the fish taste is so good , fresh and salty , with a little sweet . The fish skin is very crisp that because fried it with egg and flour .You'd better fried the fish with long time cause for crisp fried the small fish bones , or you will sting with bones .
