Kimchi stewed with potatoes
My mother-law made the kimchi last winter , now fermented some sour , this is a good time for use to stews . I used it to do " the soup stewed with canned tuna and kimchi " , sour and hot tasty so great ! But I just have some potatoes now , so I will improvise to cooking " kimchi stewed with potatoes " .
Ingredient :
300g kimchi
150g potatoes
100g streaky pork
1 green onion
Condiment :
1/4 tbsp salt
1/3 tbsp chicken powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cups water
Flavor : hot and sour , refreshing
Directions :
1、Kimchi cut into parks , sliced green onion , peeled potatoes then sliced , streaky pork sliced , set aside .
2、Use medium flame heating the wok , add streaky pork when the oil 60% , stir-fry 2 minutes .
3、Add potatoes , stir evenly , then add kimchi , and stir-fry 5 minutes .
4、Add water ( or kimchi soup ) , simmer in 20 minutes with medium flame , when potatoes cooked . Add salt , chicken powder and green onion , remove .
Experience :Today , kimchi all had eaten . Tomorrow I will plan to make then new kimchi , wait for one month , I am able to eat this delicious food again . When eating , will know that the wait it is worth !

Braised soybean paste with eggplant
One week haven't eat eggplant , a lot miss it . Ask for my husband agreed to later , I decided to do the " Braised soybean paste with eggplant " ( He haven't eat it before ) . In order to let he also like this dish , I'm determined to make . If my family all like this dish , dining will be more happy ! After all , with one dish can get the whole family's favorite food , this is the most hope things for housewife .
Ingredient :
300g eggplant
200g potatoes
100g streaky pork
Condiment :
50g soybean paste
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 green onion
5g ginger strips
10g garlic sliced
3 cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Flavor : fresh and salty , soft slippery
Directions :
1、Rinse eggplants , cut into strips . Potatoes peeled , cut into strips , streaky pork cut into strips .
2、Green onion sliced , green onion and ginger with the streaky pork together , and then add cooking wine and light soy sauce , stir evenly , set aside .
3、Heat the vegetable oil to 70% , add marinated streaky pork , stir fry 2 minutes , add potatoes , stir evenly .
4、Add water , turn to high heat until boiling , add eggplants when potatoes six matured .
5、Add garlic and soybean paste , cover with lid after stir evenly , use medium flame braised 8 minutes , remove .

Braise in soy sauce steaky pork and potatoes
I am a carnivore person , the most like to eat steaky pork ! Others say that eat steaky pork will get fat , but I still like it . My mom do the most delicious braise in soy sauce steaky pork ,but now often eat meat will feel greasy , don't eat and will miss it , what should I do ? I took me a long time to think , and finally found the solution , share with you in here .
Ingredient :
400g steaky pork
300g potatoes
Condiment :
1/2 tbsp salt
1/3 tbsp chicken powder
10g green onion
5g ginger
10g garlic
2g dried chili silk
5 crystal sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
2g pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
600ml water
Flavor : sweet and salty , not greasy
Directions :
1、Rinse steaky pork and to peel potatoes , cut them into strips . Heat a pot of water boiling , put 3 slices of ginger in water , add steaky pork in boiling water for 10 minutes , then remove and drain . ( The steaky pork cook before for remove the redundant prease , and ginger is to remove smell .)
2、Put potatoes in steamer , steam for 15-20 minutes , remove . Sliced green onion and garlic , ginger cut into strips , set aside .
3、Heat wok use low fire , when crystal sugar melt completely , add steaky pork , stir-fried 2 minutes , and then add green onion , ginger4 , garlic and dried chili silk .
4、Fry green onion , ginger and garlic until fragrance out , add potatoes and stir evenly , add water .
5、Turn to big fire , add dark soy sauce and cooking wine when the water boiling , mix well , after 5 minutes add pepper , remove .

If your house has other pot , I suggest step 1 and 2 simultaneously . Shepherd's purse with potatoes soup
At the end of April , in northeast of China , potherbs just grow out . Mom bring some potherbs to me , dandelion , allium macrostemon bunge and shepherd's- purse . The allium macrostemon bunge were I made the pickle . Dandelions were I dried up , I will use it boil the water to drink in winter . As for the fresh shepherd's-purse , the best way is to make soup . Today I will cooking the " Shepherd's purse with potatoes soup " .
Ingredient :
200g shepherd's purse
200g potato
2 tbsp green onion sliced
Condiment :
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp lard oil
6 cups water
Flavor : Fresh , insipidly
Directions :
1、Potatoes are peeled and cut into strips . Clean and rinse shepherd's purse , put it in boiling water for cooked , then drain well ( I was drain water with my hands ) .
2、Use the medium flame heating wok , add lard oil . Add green onion when the oil completely melt , add potatoes stir-fry 2 minutes .
3、Add water , turn to high fire , when the water boiling remove froth . And then the flame turn to medium , stew for 15 minutes until potatoes cooked .
4、Add shepherd's purse , salt and chicken powder , stir evenly , remove and serve hot .
Experience : My husband is a Flesh-eater , so I used lard oil for attract he to eat shepherd's purse . If you don't like lard oil , you can use the vegetable oil instead . I had a few years didn't eat potherbs , the taste like before , it reminds me a lot of happy memories ... We live on the earth , from children to now , the potherb is the earth of gift for us . I hope the potherb always green and pure !
