Stir-fried steaky pork with dried bean curd


We are going to eat roast pork at dinner , but when I open the door of fridge see , streaky pork not enough for roast one time , what's to be done ? At that time , I saw 4 piece of bean curds at fridge , okay , let's do stir-fried streaky pork with bean curd !


Flavor : delicate and spicy


Ingredients :

200g streaky pork
4 pieces dried bean curds
1 green onion , chopped
1 red pepper
1 tbsp chopped celery
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger root
2 cloves garlic , chopped
















Condiment :

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
1/3 tbsp salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil


Directions :





















1、Heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil over medium heat in a skillet , stir fry dried bean curd until it turns to golden. Remove and set aside .





























2、Cook streaky pork in the remaing oil , add green onion , ginger , garlic and pepper , stir into mixture .
















3、Add cooked dried bean curd and celery , pour in soy sauce , cooking wine , chicken broth , salt , and sesame oil . Stir for 2 minutes , remove and serve hot .


Experience : In fact , food doesn't have to use specific materials to do , housewives often find that the icebox is always leave a little bit of all kinds of vegetables , not enough the amount to do a dish , and throw away them so waste , how does that do ?
