Korean fried tofu

Ingredient :

1 piece of tofu


Condiment :

1 green onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2/3 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp light soy sauce
2/3 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp sesame
1 tbsp vegetable oil


Flavor : sweet and salty , spicy , delicate


Directions :
















1、Rinse tofu , cut tofu into 1cm thick piece . Green onion sliced .
















2、Put all seasoning ( except the vegetable oil ) in a bowl , and mix well , spare .
















3、Heat pan use the low flame , add vegetable oil , heat oil until 60% , add tofu until the both sides change to golden brown .
















4、Turn to medium flame , and add the prepared vinaigrette , stir evenly until all sauce is absorbed , dish up and serve .
