Vermicelli with seaweed egg flour soup
The breakfast I fried potato latkes , and I think that match with soup to eat is the best . Another reason , I don't want to do complex food in just get up . Elder people often said that drink soup is good for you . That is right , drink soup can be added moisture to help digestion , favorable lose weight . It is notable that soup before eating drink , and slowly drink soup are correct .
Ingredient :
half piece of seaweed
10g vermicelli
3 tbsp dried shrimps
1 egg
3 piece of ginger
1/2 tbsp salt
Flavor : fresh , insipidly
Directions :
1、Soak seaweed , then rinse it . Soak vermicelli until it turn soft . Rinse dried shrimps and drain . Beat egg in a bowl and make it well mixed , set aside .
2、Put 3 cup water in soup pot , add dried shrimps and ginger , then use the big fire heating water until boiling .
3、Add seaweed cook 2 minutes , then join vermicelli continue to heat for 5 minutes .
4、Add egg , after 2 minutes with salt , remove and serve hot .
Experience : This soup is different than ever eat seaweed egg flower soup , this soup more add the vermicelli than seaweed egg flower soup in it , the flavor more slippery texture . More to the point , the 3 piece of ginger that action is very big , it make the soup of seafood tastes quite strong . Don't look down on it , in fact little ginger is not simple !
