The soup stewed with canned tuna and kimchi


Spring is coming , I found that are the winter preserved a few kimchi in the crock , the weather stares getting warm , kimchi fermentation with a little of the sour taste . How to do ? Ah , I remember mother-in-law told me before , that have a little sour tasty kimchi is the most suitable for made soup to eat . I decided to act at once , in the husband suggestion went down and brought a canned tuna , ready to do " the soup stewed with canned tuna and kimchi "!


Ingredient :

1 canned tuna ( Korean food supermarket have sales )
40g kimchi
1 green pepper
1/4 onion
1 tofu
2 tbsp vegetable oil
600ml water
15g garlic


Flavor : vinegar-pepper , tasty and refreshing


Directions :
















1、Green onion sliced , onion and green pepper cut into strips , kimchi cut into parks , garlic chopped , the tofu cut into small pieces , set aside .
















2、Heat the vegetable oil until to 60% , add the garlic , fry out fragrance . Add kimchi stir-fried evenly .
















3、When the kimchi softening , add water ( If you like to eat hot , and you have a lot of picked kimchi soup , you'd better add kimchi soup ). I add 300ml water and 300ml kimchi soup .

























4、Turn to high heat until boiling , add onion green onion , and canned tuna , mix well , add tofu , stew all 2 minutes , sever hot .( Note :do not froce mix , that will cracking the tuna .)

Braised soybean paste with eggplant


One week haven't eat eggplant , a lot miss it . Ask for my husband agreed to later , I decided to do the " Braised soybean paste with eggplant " ( He haven't eat it before ) . In order to let he also like this dish , I'm determined to make . If my family all like this dish , dining will be more happy ! After all , with one dish can get the whole family's favorite food , this is the most hope things for housewife .


Ingredient :

300g eggplant
200g potatoes
100g streaky pork


Condiment :

50g soybean paste
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 green onion
5g ginger strips
10g garlic sliced
3 cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil


Flavor : fresh and salty , soft slippery


Directions :
















1、Rinse eggplants , cut into strips . Potatoes peeled , cut into strips , streaky pork cut into strips .
















2、Green onion sliced , green onion and ginger with the streaky pork together , and then add cooking wine and light soy sauce , stir evenly , set aside .

Ingredient :

150g black fungus
50g walnuts
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
3g ginger
5g garlic


Condiment :

1/3 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
a few drops sesame oil ( or a few drops red chili oil , if you like ).



Flavor : tasty and refreshing



Directions :
















1、Rinse the black fungus remove the roots , tear into small pieces .
















2、The green chili and red chili into section ; Chopped ginger ;The garlic crushed .
















3、Add black fungus pieces and chili sections in hot water , blanch for 2 minutes , remove , drain .

Simple homemade pizza


I would like to eat pizza recently , but there has been no time to go out , I thought for a moment , my home have bacon and cheese , there are the good material , why not at home doing pizza ? Okay , let's do it !


Ingredient :

2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 piece of bacon
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
20g cheese curls
1 green onion
1/4 onion
1/3 tbsp vegetable oil


Flavor : delicate , fragrance


Directions :
















1、Cut bacon , onion , green pepper and red pepper into strips , green onion sliced .
















2、Crack the eggs into a bowl , stir evenly , add flour , mixed into eggs paste until on doughball appear .
















3、Add vegetable oil in the pan , low flame heating pan , the eggs with flour paste pour into pan , and uniform distribution in pan .
















4、Heat about 1 minute , turn off the heat , gently put bacon , green pepper , red pepper , onion and cheese curls evenly on the eggs with flour paste ( in sequence ).

1 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp starch
150ml water

Directions :
















1、Rinse and clean black fungus , heating water to boiling , boiling the black fungus for 3 minutes . Remove , drain . Green onion sliced , chopped ginger . Starch with water mix , set aside .
















2、Rinse Chinese cabbages , cut the cabbage with oblique cutting into slice . Then fungus tear into small pieces . Pork sliced .
















3、Use the medium flame heat vegetable oil to 70% , add pork , stir fried until the pork turn to brown , add cooking wine , light soy sauce , green onion and ginger .

5、Add black fungus , salt and chicken powder , fry evenly . The last , add starch , mix well , remove .

Korean fried spicy steaky pork


Today , mother gave me some fresh steaky pork , I will very want to eat when I saw the meat . Although steaky pork to eat many is fattening , but occasionally eat is harmless . My husband and I have a period of time didn't eat Korean food , we are all miss it very much , so today I am going to do " Korean fried spicy steaky pork " , I believe that my husband will feel surprised and pleased when he saw it !


Ingredient :

500g steaky pork
10g carrot
2 green pepper
2 red pepper
1/4 onion
1 green onion
15g garlic


Condiment :

5g pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Korean chili sauce ( Korean food supermarkets have sales )
1/3 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup water


Flavor : piquancy , tasty and refreshing


Directions :






























1、Rinse steaky pork , carrot , green peppers and red peppers , cut the pork and carrot into slices , cut green peppers and red peppers into segments , cut onion into parks , green onion sliced , garlic chopped . Put all in a big bowl , set aside .
















2、Put sugar , pepper , paprika and Korean chili sauce in the big bowl .
















3、Add sesame oil and water , stir evenly with your hand ( hand can let ingredients contact more comprehensive ).
















4、Use medium fire heating the frying pan until 70% , add mixing good all ingredients .
















5、Paving the pork , make meat evenly heat , stir fried at all times , prevent paste pan . After 8 minutes the meat cooked , remove .


Annotate :

1、Don't need add the oil into pan when stir fry steaky pork , because a lot of oil spills when heating steaky pork .

2、Then onion cut into parks more easily cooked than cut into strips .

3、You'd better put steaky pork into refrigerator frozen , then remove , slice it after lay aside 5 minutes , because that time is very easy to sliced .

4、If you don't have fry pan , you can use the other pan cook it , you just need 1 tbsp vegetable oil join to the pan before you stir fry the pork .
